Healthy Grilled Chicken Salad in 20 Minutes

🥣 Ingredients:


2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups romaine or mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp vinaigrette or dressing of choice

Season & Grill Chicken
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Let Rest & Slice
Allow to rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
