Easy One-Pot Beef Chili (Ready in Under 40 Minutes)


Few meals are as comforting as a big bowl of Beef Chili—especially when it’s this easy. Packed with tender beef, bold spices, and beans, it’s a one-pot wonder that delivers on flavor and heartiness.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: jalapeño, corn, bell peppers

Instructions:


Brown the Beef
Heat oil in a pot, add beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Aromatics
Add onions and garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and spices.
Simmer the Chili
Add tomatoes and beans. Bring to a simmer and cook 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste & Serve
Season to taste. Serve hot with shredded cheese, sour cream, or green onions. Cornbread optional but recommended.
